Workshops, Beratung und Creative Development
Fifteen years on international stages have taught me far more than technique alone — what really makes an act work, and how it comes together. I’m happy to pass this knowledge on: through workshops in Cyr Wheel and aerial acrobatics, and through creative development for artists looking to build their own act.
Learn More →FAQ
How does a booking work?
Once your enquiry is received, the technical requirements and availability for your preferred date are checked and, if free, held without obligation. This is followed by an individual offer with transparent pricing, then confirmation of travel, technical details and rehearsal time, and finally a contract signed by both parties.
Can a company logo or branding be included?
Yes. With the LED Cyr Wheel, logos, colours or patterns can be programmed directly into the light show. For the other acts, adjustments to costume colours, music or overall theme are possible. Best to enquire early.
Is the artist insured?
Yes, all performances are covered by professional liability insurance (PLI).
How much does it cost to book an acrobat for a corporate event?
Costs are in the four-figure range. The main factors are travel, the number of performances and technical requirements. Send me the date, location and event format and you will receive a concrete quote promptly.
Can multiple acts be booked for one evening?
Yes, several acts can be combined for a single evening. Package pricing is available for these multi-act bookings, working out cheaper than booking each act individually.
How many performances are possible in one day?
Multiple performances on the same day are possible, depending on the act and the gaps between shows. The current record stands at nine performances in a single day — anyone looking to beat that is more than welcome to try.
What happens in case of bad weather at outdoor events?
In the event of rain, storms or a slippery surface, the performance is moved indoors or rescheduled for safety reasons. A backup plan is discussed with the organiser in advance.
Which act suits which type of event?
Cyr Wheel is flexible enough for stages of any size and any time of day. Aerial straps work particularly well with high rigging points. The Flying Gentleman is an excellent fit for themed evenings and galas with character. LED Cyr Wheel suits evening events with a strong visual focus, while Whips adds a powerful, rhythmic accent, especially well suited to late-night cabaret settings. If you’re unsure, a short consultation as part of your enquiry can help.
What should you ask an acrobat before booking?
Useful questions include: Is the act insured? Is a replacement available in case of cancellation? What are the technical requirements? And is reference material or video footage available? These and other questions are already answered in this FAQ.
How far in advance should a booking be made?
A booking can be made at any time. The earlier the enquiry, the higher the likelihood that your preferred date is still available.
What happens in case of illness or short-notice cancellation?
For selected acts, such as The Flying Gentleman or Cyr Wheel, a second performer is now available. This means a fully equivalent replacement is available even in the case of double bookings or short-notice unavailability.
How far do you travel for events?
Internationally, on every continent — with performances for Cirque du Soleil, at the Sydney Opera House, in Cannes and in Singapore. Whether an event takes place in Berlin, elsewhere in Germany, or abroad makes no difference to the booking.
